I believe so strongly in the power of this simple work to shift suffering that it was a requirement for certification when I trained new constellators.

Here are the 4 simple questions you need to ask yourself after you identify the belief making you suffer:

  1. Is it true?
  2. Can you absolutely know that it’s true?
  3. How do you react, what happens, when you believe that thought?
  4. Who would you be without the thought?
